We would ask that before returning any goods, you first contact us via email.

Cancellation of Order

We understand that anyone can make a mistake and order goods that don’t actually meet their needs. Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have a period of seven working days from the day after the goods arrive with you, in which you have the right to cancel your order – you must inform us of your decision via email, during that time. We would appreciate details of your reasons for returning the goods.

If the goods are not faulty, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your own expense. The goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging, so that the items can be re-offered for sale. Please include a proof of purchase, your name, address, contact number and email address and we will refund the cost of the order once we have received them. We reserve the right to charge for re-packaging when necessary.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods are found to be faulty, we will ask you to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner. We will refund you any pre-agreed postage costs, or send you a pre-paid postage label at our discretion and will refund the cost of the goods once they are back with us.


If you are buying goods from us for the purposes of your trade, business or profession you are not classified as a consumer under UK consumer protection legislation we are not liable for any consequential loss and our maximum liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
